What is your Shipping Policy?

For Original Artwork, we pack,insure and send UPS Ground to all contiguous states for free. For international destinations please inquire  at info@PoroyArt.com

For Quality  Reproductions, we will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.PLEASE NOTE ALL REPRODUCTIONS ARE CUSTOM MADE AND MANUFACTURING TIME MUST BE CONSIDERED ALONG WITH SHIPPING TIME..call me if you are concerned about the delivery date.

SHIPPING PRICES for reproductions are calculated based on your cart total as follows:

* Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.  Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

Let us know right away if you receive a reproduction that is damaged or defective: we will send a replacement right away.

If you are not in love with your original painting, we want to make it right. Return the painting in its original packing materials within 7 days for a refund or credit.

Note: the wall preview and the augmented reality features of this site will help you visualize how the art will work on your walls. If you need any assistance using them please let me know.

How can I keep up with your new work?

I try to update this site frequently, but if you have something in mind email me Maria@PoroyArt.com You can also follow MariaPoroyArt on Facebook and Instagram. On face book I often post images of a painting as it progresses  and you might enjoy seeing the process. I generally paint many layers so it can be interesting.Please message, comment or email! I enjoy hearing from you and answering questions.

Is that all there is?

I want you to have lots of options in size and display. If you don't see the right frame, foe example, I may be able to do a custom order. Reproductions on metal, acrylic or wood can also be arranged. Framing for original works may be arranged. All framing costs would be non refundable as they are custom.
